Just watched Warrior, thought it was brilliant. One of those movies where you're not sure if you want to laugh or cry :) If this doesn't win an Oscar, then there's something wrong with the world :p

Drive - Holy shit! It's been very long since I watched a movie I've thought about so much after it's ended. Saw it on my computer but probably seeing it again in the theatre sometime next week :) Excellent movie!

Edit: and great soundtrack!

Apollo 18. Another hyped up indie mystery flick. Interesting concept but ultimately bad.

In Time. Another movie with an interesting concept but meh. Justin Timberlake lol. Amanda Seyfried yummmmmy.

Warrior. Good. Gotta love Tom Hardy.

Mission Impossible Ghost Protocol. Old school (90s) popcorn action flick. Wasnt bored.

Cache. One of Michael Hanekes films. Great suspense and buildup but the completely ambiguous ending might not be everyones cup of tea.

Malefique. Another weird french film about a bunch of convicts turning to black magic in order to escape. Started out decently but the ending wasnt up to par. Interesting watch though.

The Cabin in the Woods.

Interesting concept but I went to the movies waiting for something more. I fell victim of the hype. But, sure worth a try if you got an open mind.

The Avengers.

Good, clean, popcorn fun. Downey Jr. steals the show as always.

The Avengers

Fun CGI-circus with a fair bit of cheap and delicious humor, the Joss Whedon kind.
The intertextuality really made it for me; (possible spoiler)

Did anyone catch any other references?

But God damn I hate 3D Cinema to the deepest pits of Hell.

I live for the day they discover that the long-term effects of it are epilepsy, schizophrenia and split personality disorder. 3D was invented by Satan.

This is fun. I actually think 3D on the Avengers was exponentially better than any other 3D I've seen since the gimmick was introduced.

Also, Hulk > Downey Jr in show stealing. I think Ruffalo was an excellent replacement of Ed Norton.
